Limited Health Guarantee
A great dog Chow and, Shih Tzu Puppies have a Limited Lifetime HEALTH GUARANTEE (Refund or replacement only). This guarantee applies only to the dogs with microchip option added.While we strive to breed only perfect puppies, problems sometimes may occur.We offer a limited lifetime health guarantee on our puppies for these situations:We are firm believers in Species Appropriate Diet for our puppies which will eliminate many health issues. If problems arise from not using a good diet, we cannot help you.
Covers
Any congenital defect that diminishes the puppy's quality of life.Any typical breed-related problem that will reduce or diminish the quality of life of a puppy and can be directly attributed to our breeding practices.
Exceptions:Any problems arising from not using species appropriate diet.Specifically excludes Cancer and Auto-immune issues.Excludes ACL Tears and Hip claims on younger dogs that have been desexed. Any Hormone related problems caused by dogs that are desexed.Dogs that have been repeatedly vaccinated for the same disease and have contracted a Vaccine Induced Disease (VID) will not be covered. Dogs exhibiting behavioral issues from VID (Vaccine Induced Disease) will not be covered. After core vaccines are given, have a vaccine titer test given to make sure additional vaccines are truly needed before repeating any vaccine.Puppies given Leptospirosis vaccinations and those that later contract Weil's Disease will not be covered.Any dog exhibiting Kidney/Liver failure unless proven to be of a genetic origin resulting from my breeding and not from toxic flea and heartworm chemicals or vaccine origin.Dogs used for breeding purposes will void Health Guarantee.
We must be contacted and consulted within 24 hours after problems were first observed and before any treatment begins (unless it is an emergency life threatening situation) for the Puppy to be eligible for warranty claims. If you choose to pursue and seek treatment without contacting us, you are on your own and we will not be able to help you.
Proper Veterinary documentation is required for each claim (no emails accepted). The puppy must be made available for our Vet to examine and to concur. If presentation of pet to our Vet is not possible, Veterinary documentation by two Independent Vets, at least one of which must be Board Certified in diagnosing said condition, may be accepted with our prior approval. Vet must provide a pH analysis of the Urine of the afflicted puppy. Proof of regular wellness checks and proactive health care must also be documented. Veterinary scanning and certification of Microchip number required before any claim considered.

Settlment of Warranty Claims
Depending on the circumstance, claims will be settled either in the form of a replacement puppy or a refund the purchase price of the puppy only. No Refunds given for returned puppy not qualifying for Warranty Claim.
